§ 10.99. MISDEMEANOR AND PENALTY.

- Any person who violates any of the prohibitions or provisions of any chapter or section of this Code shall be deemed guilty of an offense, hereinafter termed a misdemeanor. Unless otherwise specified in the particular chapter or section for which the person stands convicted of a violation, the penalty for such violation shall be in an amount not to exceed $500, in the discretion of the Court.Statutory reference:Authority, see Neb.
