§ 34.35. MISCONDUCT OF OFFICER.

The tenure of a Police Officer shall only be during good behavior. Any disciplinary action in regard to a Police Officer shall be as provided by the City Personnel Policy Manual and/or the Nebraska Civil Service Act.
