§ 90.134. ENFORCEMENT.

The enforcement of the provisions of this chapter shall be under the direction of the Animal Control Officer, the Officer’s assistants and the Columbus Animal Control. For the purpose of enforcing this chapter or abating any nuisance existing hereunder, the Animal Control Officer or any of the Officer’s assistants may enter and go upon premises, public or private.
