§ 50.22. OFFICE OF COLLECTOR.

It shall be the duty of a person having a license as herein specified for the collection and removal of garbage and/or refuse to maintain an office either at the place of residence of the person or at some other place within the City limits with at least one telephone therein. The office shall be kept open and in the charge of some person from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. of each day, except Sunday and legal holidays, for the purpose of receiving calls for the collection and removal of garbage and refuse and the receiving of such information as may be conveyed to the collector.
