§ 52.088. LIABILITY CLAIMS.

  • The Director shall be relieved from personal liability. The City shall hold harmless the Director when acting in good faith and without malice from all personal liability for any damage that may occur to any person or property as a result of any act required or authorized by this subchapter or by reason of any act or omission of the Director in the discharge of the Director’s duties hereunder. Any suit brought carrying out the provisions of this subchapter shall be defended by the City, or the City’s insurance carrier, if any, through final determination of the proceeding.
