§ 52.120. RATES.

(A) The consumers of water furnished by the City shall pay to the City those rates per 1,000 gallons or portion thereof as set by resolution.
(B) Those consumers of water, who are furnished water by the City, shall pay a monthly service charge as set by resolution in addition to the water rates as mentioned in division (A) of this section.
