§ 70.003. POLICE JURISDICTION EXTENDED.

The police jurisdiction of the City shall extend to all of the areas and facilities outside the corporate limits of the City which are owned, controlled or operated by the City or by agency or authority thereof with the same force and effect as though the areas or facilities were located within the corporate limits of the City.
