For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
JUNK SHOP. Any enterprise engaged in the processing of junk, refuse, waste and discarded or salvaged materials, machinery or equipment, including automobile wrecking and dismantling.
PAWNBROKER. Every person who makes a business of lending money on the security of personal property deposited with the person.
