§ 112.15. CONSUMPTION; WHERE PROHIBITED; EXCEPTIONS.

  • No person shall consume any alcoholic liquors in the City in or upon the public parks, streets, avenues, alleys, parking areas, roads or highways, or in or upon property owned by the State or any governmental subdivision thereof, or in or upon any other property or place open to the public, or inside or on a vehicle while in or upon the same, except on premises for which a legal license has been obtained for the consumption of the alcoholic liquors. The Board of Parks Commissioners may authorize the consumption of alcoholic liquors by a private party or parties within the confines of Pawnee Park and Gerrard Park, only if a written application for such authorization has been first submitted to the Board. Alcohol may be consumed at either of the Fire Stations or at the Public Library, as authorized by resolution of the Mayor and City Council.
