§ 130.036. OFFENSES.

- (A) It shall be unlawful for a minor to be in any public place or on the premises of any establishment within the City during curfew hours.(B) It shall be unlawful for a parent or guardian of a minor to knowingly permit or by insufficient control allow the minor to remain in any public place or on the premises of any establishment within the City during curfew hours.(C) It shall be unlawful for an owner, operator or any employee of an establishment to knowingly allow a minor to remain upon the premises of the establishment during curfew hours.(D) It shall be a complete defense to prosecution under this section that the juvenile was acting within the provisions of § 130.037.(‘63 Code, § 6-3-2) (Ord. 97-16, passed 8-4-97) Penalty, see § 130.999Cross-reference:Other provisions applicable to minors, see §§ 130.125 et seq.Statutory reference:Similar state law, see Neb.
