§ 130.999. PENALTY.

  • (A) General. Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be punished as set forth in § 10.99.
    (B) Failure to appear. Any person failing to appear or otherwise comply with the command of a citation issued under this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not more than $500, or by imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than three months, or by both the fine and imprisonment.

    (C) Minor in possession of alcohol. Any person violating § 130.125, in lieu of the other penalties set out in this section, may be sentenced to work on public streets, in parks or on other public property for a period not exceeding ten working days. The work shall be under the supervision of the County Sheriff. Upon the written certification by the County Sheriff of the performance of the work, the sentence shall be satisfied.
