§ 154.01. ADOPTION OF ZONING AND SUBDIVISION CODES.

(A) There is hereby adopted and enacted by the City Council and Mayor that certain zoning code designated as The Land Development Ordinance for the City of Columbus, Zoning Chapter, approved March 18, 1996, comprising articles 1 through 12 inclusive, and containing all the conditions, provisions, limitations and terms of the Zoning Chapter, together with any amendments made thereto hereafter, as the standard Zoning Code for the City.
(B) There is further hereby adopted and enacted by the City Council and Mayor that certain subdivision code designated as The Land Development Ordinance for the City of Columbus, Subdivision Chapter, approved March 18, 1996, comprising articles 1 through 7 inclusive, and containing all the conditions, provisions, limitations and terms of the Subdivision Chapter, together with any amendments made thereto hereafter, as the standard Subdivision Code for the City.
