§ 34.05. COMMUNITY SERVICE TECHNICIAN.

It shall be the duty of the Community Service Technician to enforce all the provisions of §§ 50.023, 50.024, 50.040 - 50.050, 70.074, 70.094, 71.007, 72.01 - 72.05, 72.15 - 72.20, 72.22 - 72.25, 72.27 - 72.30, 72.32, 72.34, 72.52, 72.76, 72.78, Ch. 75, Sch. I; 90.044, 91.20, 91.22, 91.23, 91.40, 92.01 - 92.12, 92.29, 92.30, 92.41, 94.001, 94.045, 94.065, 94.067, Ch. 96, 97.01, 110.040, 130.005, 130.023, 130.053, 130.141, 130.143, 151.01, 152.01, 152.20, 152.28, 154.01 and any amendments thereto.The Community Service Technician shall have the power to issue citations to enforce the aforementioned code sections. The Community Service Technician may be based in the Police Department and/or the Community Development Department and perform the necessary duties for each department as it pertains to the aforementioned code sections.
