§ 91.43. PARKING OF VEHICLES.

- No vehicle shall be parked or left standing upon the traveled portion of any street or highway. In the event conditions make it impracticable to move the vehicle from the traveled portion of the street or highway, the vehicle shall be parked so as to leave all possible width of the street or highway opposite the vehicle for free passage of other conveyances and so as to provide a clear view of the standing vehicle for as far as possible to the front and the rear.(‘63 Code, § 7-5-4) Penalty, see § 10.99
