§ 93.99. PENALTY.

(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be punished as set forth in § 10.99.
(B) Any person convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of, or failing to comply with any of the mandatory requirements of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and punished by a fine of not more than $300. Each person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of this chapter is committed, continued or permitted by any such person.
