§ 52.041. LOCATION.

Every water meter shall be placed so that it may be easily examined and read by an authorized agent of the City, and the owner or tenant shall provide such person ready and convenient access to said meter. Every meter shall be placed no more than five feet above the floor level and installed in a horizontal position. No meter pits shall be allowed without the approval of the PW/ES Director.
