§ 52.042. OUT OF REPAIR.

Should any water meter get out of repair and fail to register correctly, the Water Department shall remove, repair, test and reinstall a meter, and the customer shall be charged at the rate of average monthly consumption as shown by the meter when in good working order for the time that the meter is out of order.
