§ 71.057. U-TURNS.

On any street not an arterial street, it shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle to make a U- turn so as to proceed in the opposite direction, except at a street intersection. Nothing in this section should be construed to permit a U-turn on an arterial street at an intersection where the U-turn is prohibited by an officially authorized traffic-control sign.
