§ 71.070. APPROACHING OR ENTERING INTERSECTION.

When two vehicles approach or enter an intersection from different roads at approximately the same time, the driver of the vehicle on the left shall yield right-of-way to the vehicle on the right, except as otherwise herein provided. It is prima facie evidence that two vehicles entered the intersection at approximately the same time if those vehicles collide in the intersection.
