§ 71.128. DRIVING AGAINST TRAFFIC.

It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a motor vehicle in other than the same general direction as other traffic on the same side of the street or road. It shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle to drive the vehicle in reverse, whether proceeding in the same general direction as other traffic or against other traffic, except when entering a parallel parking stall or leaving an angle parking stall or when backing from a private road or drive, and then only when the movements can be made in safety.
