§ 72.26. STOPPING, STANDING OR PARKING IN LOADING ZONE.

No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle for any purpose or period of time, other than for expeditious loading or unloading of passengers or materials in any place marked as a loading zone during hours and days as posted, and then only for a period not to exceed five minutes for passengers or 20 minutes for materials. The City Council will, by resolution, determine the location of loading zones and the City shall place and maintain appropriate signs indicating the same and stating the hours and days during which the provisions of this section are applicable.
