§ 73.15. REGISTRATION REQUIRED; NUMBER.

(A) Bicycles shall be registered within 30 days of acquisition by the owner thereof at which time
the bicycle shall be presented for inspection for fitness.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a bicycle on any street without first having registered the same as hereinafter provided. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a bicycle upon any street without having the registration number issued therefor, under the direction of the Police Department.
