§ 73.27. PARKING.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to park a bicycle upon a road, street or sidewalk in such a position as to interfere with the safety or movement of vehicular or pedestrian traffic. When parked upon a sidewalk, the bicycle shall be parked within four feet of the curb. It shall be unlawful for any person to park a bicycle upon a road, street or sidewalk in areas where bicycle parking stands are maintained by the City. In such areas, bicycles shall be parked in the stands.
