- (A) For purposes of this section, the following definitions shall apply.INTRUDE. To watch, look at, view, follow with the eyes, stare or spy on another while that other person is in a state of undress.PLACE OF SOLITUDE OR SECLUSION. A place where a person intends to be in a state of undress or have a reasonable expectation of privacy, including, but not limited to any facility, public or private, used as a restroom, tanning booth, locker room, shower room, fitting room or dressing room.(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally or knowingly intrude upon any other person without that person’s consent or knowledge in a place of solitude or seclusion.(‘63 Code, § 6-1-21) (Ord. 97-16, passed 8-4-97) Penalty, see § 130.999
