§ 34.36. RESISTING AN OFFICER.

  • If any person shall resist or abuse the Mayor or other officer of the City in the execution of the duties of that officer’s office or shall resist or abuse any regular or temporary Police Officer while the Police Officer is acting in the discharge of the Police Officer’s duty, the person so offending shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
