§ 34.39. IMPERSONATING A MEMBER OF THE POLICE RESERVE FORCE.

It shall be unlawful for any person to falsely impersonate or represent himself or herself to be a member or to wear, use or possess any of the uniforms, badges or equipment used by the Police Reserve unless that person is authorized to do so.
