§ 130.127. SALE OF CIGARETTES, TOBACCO, VAPOR PRODUCTS OR ALTERNATIVE NICOTINE PRODUCTS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, exchange or give, directly or indirectly, to any person under the age of 18 years any cigarettes, tobacco, compounds of tobacco in any form, vapor products, or alternative nicotine products, cigarette papers, or cigar papers. What constitutes vapor products and alternative nicotine products shall be defined according to the definitions used in Neb. RS 28-1418.01.
